Attorney Robert R. Howard, III

Attorney Robert R. Howard, III graduated from Boston University with a J.D. in 1969 and was admitted that year to the New Hampshire Bar, and he has been the NHBA Treasurer since 1993. He is also a member of the NHBA Finance Committee. He has been a member of various NHBA Sections and on Factulty Panels of a number of Continuing Legal Education courses.
Rob is former Merrimack County Governor and Governor-At-Large on the NHBA Board of Governors. He served eight years as a part-time District Court Judge. He was the recipient of the NHBA President's Award for Outstanding Professionalism in 1996 and was the first Merrimack County Bar Lawyer of the Year in 1985. He co-teaches the Law Practice Management session of the required Practical Skills course offered semi-annually to those newly admitted to the Bar, and is on the committee that is updating the Real Estate Title Standards. He currently serves as Treasurer for the NH Bar Association.
Attorney Deborah Bess Urbaitis

Attorney Deborah Bess Urbaitis received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in 1993. She spent several years teaching 5th graders at an Outdoor Education Center in east Texas and several years raft guiding in North Carolina and Tennessee. She then earned her Juris Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center.
She was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 2002 and began her practice at Stephen A. Cherry & Associates, PLLC in Henniker, NH. Attorney Urbaitis has assisted clients with a variety of legal matters and specializes in the family, consumer, juvenile, bankruptcy, and basic Estate Planning.
She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the American Bar Association and is a member of the following sections, groups and committees: ABA Section of Litigation, ABA Trial Practice Group and ABA Women's Advocacy Group.
