Divorce

Divorce is a stressful and emotionally charged time.  At Courteous Law, we strive to create the conditions necessary to work through the many issues divorcing couples must resolve, in the most comfortable manner possible.  We help divorcing couples to resolve their disputes amicably, through mediation and negotiated settlement.  When this is not possible, we will assist you with effectively presenting your parental rights and responsibilities, support and property division issues and concerns to the Court.

When a divorcing couple has children, Courteous Law will assist you with developing a parenting plan and with the completion of all necessary paperwork, including quitclaim deeds.

Domestic Violence

Domestic Violence concerns can sometimes arise during this difficult time.  When this is the case, Courteous Law will assist you  in this matter.
